Several neighbors asked what the recreational master plan could look like. Here is the high-level concept for the open area between Urbano, Vescovo, Marcello, and Cercina.
This is a concept sketch to start the conversation, not a final design. The real plan would be shaped by resident input, published cost estimates, and a community vote, built in phases with no assessment surprises.
